A beloved realtor from Portland, Maine, Tatiana Tia Morrell, has tragically lost her life in an accident in Windham, throwing her family and friends into deep mourning.

A deadly traffic collision has left a family and a community in severe distress and taken the life of a beautiful, intelligent, industrious, and charismatic new mother.
Tatiana Morrell, 28, of South Portland, Maine, Real Estate Firm Landing Real Estate, has been killed in a car accident.
The tragic event occurred on Friday.
Details about the accident have been a bit sketchy but it had one irrevocable outcome – the tragic passing of Tia Morrell.
Morrell was a new mother with her partner Walter Phillips who in a swift instant lost the most important person in his and his daughter’s life.
The distraught Phillips has been mourning his deceased partner and the mother of his beautiful daughter.
In a tribute post to her, Walter spelled out how incredibly beautiful, loving, and kind his late Tia was and said they were lucky to have found each other to share a deep and profound love.
Professionally, Morrell joined Landing Real Estate in April 2022 after almost a decade in Sales Management. She was a dynamo in her position, closing many top deals and cementing her status as one of the go-to agents at Landing.
Aside from her husband’s, other tributes poured in for Morrell that acknowledged this fact – highlighting the amazing effect Tia had managed to create on those she knew both personally and professionally.
A client, and friend, Abdallah Zabn, also had nothing but praise for Morrell.
Writing about their personal and professional relationship, Zabn outlined how insanely good at her job Tia had been.
He noted that beyond being one of the best agents around she had also been a good and kind person who completely loved life and living.
Zabn ended with a message about how Morrell would forever be missed.
Tatiana would indeed be missed as she had deep roots in her local community, known as a tough-as-nails realtor and an incredible person.

Following her passing, a GoFundMe fundraiser was started in her honor.
“Tatiana Morrell commonly called Tia or TT, tragically passed away in an accident; leaving behind her daughter Zara, partner Walter, her mother Shelley, stepson Demetrius and of course many more family and friends,” the fundraiser read.
It had a goal of raising money to help in the funeral and memorial services for Morrell and to help in taking care of her abruptly deceased family, particularly Walter and Zara.
With an initial goal of $15,000, the fundraiser managed to raise over $25,000 at the time of this publication.
All those in the areas of Maine where Tia worked are sure to know of her and will surely miss her.
